Can i select a board before buying?

Yes, please give us a call 0418 883 436 and we’ll arrange a time or we’ll send you a photo of our current stock – each board features a unique wood pattern. 

Are the boards strong enough for an adult?

Yes, our boards are cut in the strongest part of a camphor tree log and have been tested with adults up to 100Kg. 

Are the skateboards suitable for beginners?

Yes, most of our customers are young kids with no experience in skateboarding. Our skateboards are great entry-level skateboards. Our scooter boards offer the option of a handlebar mounted on a skateboard for kids to find their balance and slowly progress to the next level.

Can i buy the deck only?

Yes – please contact us.

Can we get a skateboard with grip tape?

Many customers buy our boards as display items and hang them on the wall. Others will choose to cruise around barefoot (Byron Bay style :). So in these conditions, we sell our standard skateboards with no grip to preserve the original and unique look of the skateboard. If you need a grip, please let us know and we’ll set it up for you for $15.

What kind of wood are your skateboard decks made of?

Most of our boards are made of camphor laurel wood. The Camphor laurel is a local tree that can be found in abundance on the Australian Northern River’s East coast. It has a beautiful natural earthy smell, however, it is considered an Australian invasive species killing and preventing other Australian native trees from strive. Farmers and property owners try to eradicate camphor trees.  The wood is mostly used for fragrances, accessories like chopping boards, homeware like tables and chairs … and skateboards of course!

Do you retail?

Yes, we are working with a few retailers that are reselling our skateboards branded Wheels’n Boards or branded with their own logo – please contact us as we require a minimum order quantity at a discounted price. Our retail partners are in Byron Bay however we are interested in working with any retail partners Australia-wide or around the world.

What can you laser engrave on the skateboard?

We can laser engrave any black/white graphic: a logo, an image, a text, a name, or any fonts. Please note: images (other than text) needs to be supplied as a jpeg file, black and white. Mid tones (ie gray) will not show up: it is better to choose pictures 100% black and white. Feel free to email us your design/idea and we will let you know if / what can be done. If you need to choose a font, please use dafont.com and let us know the reference of the font you chose.

Can i try the skateboards?

Yes, we are located a short distance from the Suffolk Park skatepark and pump track and we can certainly organise a demo.

Where can you laser engrave on a board?

We can laser engrave anywhere (top, bottom, or both) – The standard engraving is $50 for a 20 x 10 cm. graphic on the bottom of the deck. 

Can you laser engrave the full skateboard length?

Yes, we can but this requires more design and operations time and costs – please contact us for a quote.

How can you add/remove the scooter board handlebar?

Our scooter board is a standard skateboard (any size) that has a T handlebar (size 40 or 60cm), screwed opposite to the front trucks. You can order and ad a handlebar separately and attach it to the skateboard: simply unscrew the 4 front truck screws, attach the Tbar base on the opposite side of the front truck and screw back on the trucks, deck, and handlebar.

Can I return a board?

Yes, returns are accepted for change of mind if unused within 2 weeks from purchase at your own cost. Custom laser engraved boards can be returned at your own cost with a $50 refurbishment fee will be deducted from your refund. A full refund will be provided if you’re board breaks in normal use/conditions within 4 weeks from purchase.

When will my board be delivered?

Turnaround for standard skateboards is usually 1 business day (2 business days for laser engraved board, from receiving your final design). Shipping will take any time between 5 to 10 business days in Australia and longer for shipping overseas. Our parcels are sent via e-Parcel (Australia Post) or Sendle (Courrier Please)

How do I track my package?

If you enter your email address whilst ordering, you will receive tracking notifications from our shipping service provider: SENDLE or AUSTRALIA POST
